Why is the BDIA launching the 35 Under 35 initiative?
At the BDIA, we believe that the future of the dental industry depends not only on innovation, but on the people driving it forward. The BDIA 35 Under 35 initiative has been created to recognise, celebrate, and empower the next generation of non-clinical leaders who are shaping the dental industry. This may be through marketing, operations, product development, technology, or strategy.
This programme is about more than recognition. It’s about giving fresh talent a real voice, the chance to connect with others who share their drive, and the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders. It’s a space to bring bold ideas to the table and help shape where the BDIA goes next. For those selected, it’s a launchpad for growth, influence, and making a meaningful impact in the dental world.
