BDIA Next Generation
35 Under 35
At the BDIA, we believe in recognising the next generation of leaders in the dental industry.
Our 35 Under 35 initiative gives rising talent the chance to connect, share ideas, and help shape BDIA activity with fresh perspectives.
35 Under 35
Why is the BDIA launching the 35 Under 35 initiative?
At the BDIA, we believe that the future of the dental industry depends not only on innovation, but on the people driving it forward. The BDIA 35 Under 35 initiative has been created to recognise, celebrate, and empower the next generation of non-clinical leaders who are shaping the dental industry. This may be through marketing, operations, product development, technology, or strategy.
On Friday 13th March, the BDIA hosted the first‑ever announcement of the BDIA 35 Under 35 at the Big Bash — a new initiative designed to recognise emerging talent and celebrate the individuals who are helping shape the future of the dental industry.
The launch is just the beginning, and we’re excited to see how this initiative grows and evolves as part of the BDIA’s wider work to support and strengthen our industry.
