The future of the dental industry took centre stage on 8 June as the inaugural BDIA 35 Under 35 cohort came together in Birmingham for the first face-to-face meeting of this exciting new leadership initiative.
Bringing together emerging leaders from across the dental supply industry, the event marked an important milestone for the programme and provided the opportunity for participants to connect, collaborate and begin building the relationships that will support them throughout their journey.
From the moment delegates arrived, there was a real sense of energy and enthusiasm in the room. The day was characterised by engaging discussions, new connections and a shared passion for the future of dentistry. Participants represented a diverse range of organisations and professional backgrounds, creating a unique environment where ideas, experiences and perspectives could be openly exchanged.
The event also saw the official launch of the Impactive Programme, which has been designed to support the cohort through a structured leadership and personal development journey. Through a combination of workshops, mentoring, networking opportunities and practical learning experiences, the programme will help participants develop the skills, confidence and industry insight required to become the next generation of leaders within the dental sector.
