Funding for delivery of 110% of contract value

NHS England has confirmed that, in order to support the ongoing recovery of dental services, for Financial Year 2022/23 funding will be available to support any primary care dental contractor delivering mandatory services to deliver up to 110% of their contract value without needing to secure further regional agreement. This does not cover orthodontic treatment.
Payment for activity between 100% – 110% will be at existing indicative UDA values. Where contracts have been amended to reflect the minimum indicative UDA value of £23 this value will apply.
Any additional payment due will be made following the satisfactory conclusion of the year-end reconciliation for each contract.
