Dental Industry post-Brexit Transition import/export Survey

16 February 2021

The BDIA continues to work closely with a range of Government departments and agencies to address transport and logistics issues arising from the end of the Brexit Transition Period. We are aware that many members are facing challenges arising from the new requirements and protocols, ranging from the delayed receipt of goods, newly required complex procedures and goods turned back at borders, to increased logistics costs, difficulties in supplying NI customers and refusals from courier companies to accept goods.

As part of the Association’s ongoing discussions with the Government, the Department of Health’s Commercial Directorate is keen to receive additional feedback from the BDIA on the problems that the dental industry is facing and to share this information across those Government agencies responsible for dealing with them. In order to assist us in quantifying and addressing these issues we have prepared a member survey which we would please ask you to complete in order to provide us with a fuller picture of the problems and issues facing your business.

Can you please complete the survey by Friday 26 February 2021.
