Technology and Trends Survey 2024 competition terms and conditions

Terms & conditions:

1. The Technology & Trends Survey (“the Survey”) and prize draw are operated by the British Dental Industry Association (“the Organiser”), Mineral Lane, Chesham, HP5 1NL.
2. By participating in Survey and entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
4. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Organiser, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
5. Entries must be received by 30 June 2024.
6. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted or fail to reach the Organiser by the relevant closing date for any reason.
7. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
8. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
9. To enter, provide your details at the time of submitting your survey entry.
10. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place by 31 July 2024.
11. The prize for the winners is a voucher to the value of £500 (Five Hundred Pounds) to be spent with a BDIA member company of the winner’s choosing.

13. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Organiser’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via email by 31 August 2024. The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the Organiser sending If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Organiser reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
17. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and future prize draws of a similar nature.
18. Organiser may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Organiser’s sole opinion) or who, in Organiser’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging entries, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Organiser.
19. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
