MHRA device registration changes from 26th February 2022

The MHRA has advised that changes to the device registration process, including new product upload templates, will apply from 26th February 2022.
The MHRA notification, which can be viewed by logging into your device registration account, reads:
Planned Maintenance from 12.00 on Friday 25 February 2022: Please note that from 26 February 2022 new templates will be in operation, any templates downloaded from our system before that date cannot be uploaded.
Please transfer any data from templates created before 26 February, but not yet uploaded, to new templates downloaded from 16.00 on 26 February 2022. This does not affect any templates uploaded to the system by 12.00 on 25 February 2022.
We will be introducing new system rules to collect unique model/version and catalogue/reference data in the system. You will no longer be able to add duplicate data in both fields any must instead enter unique data or select that the field is not applicable. You will be able to amend existing duplicate data via the update registered devices and products function from 26 February 2022.
All TEMP applications both older than 90 days and created within last 90 days will be deleted on 25 February 2022. Please submit any TEMP applications that you still require before this date. Deleted TEMP applications cannot be reinstated.
