GDC update on Enhanced CPD

The General Dental Council has noted that there has been some confusion surrounding the Enhanced CPD scheme and certain elements of its requirements.
Accordingly, the GDC has requested the support of industry CPD providers in communicating these details, in particular the rule that requires dental professionals to complete a minimum of 10 hours of CPD every two consecutive years.
The GDC has launched a communications campaign that will be going out across its social media channels, and has shared content with industry that can be used in messaging with dental care professionals regarding the Enhanced CPD scheme.
