DHSC public consultation on post-March 2022 PPE provision to health care providers

23 September 2021

We understand that the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has agreed that the Department of Health and Social Care undertake a public consultation on the provision of PPE to health care providers after March 2022. The online consultation will commence sometime in October and should run over a 4-week period.

Currently significant volumes of PPE are provided free of charge by the Government to NHS dental practices, along with many other healthcare providers.

Further information is awaited, and we will update members as soon as we have more to report.
