Here at Premium Plus, we are experts at creating the perfect micro applicator for every dentist’s needs. Our standard range of disposable micro applicators will bend into any angle, remaining rigid during use and our state of the art manufacturing processes ensure every fibre on the head is retained during any procedures. Our applicators are available in three different packaging types: standard tube packs (400 pieces), economical bulk packs (1000 pieces), and dispenser packs for easy loading into an applicator dispenser (400 pieces). Looking for an option which is better for the environment? Over the last 3 years, we have designed a range of options with the aim of reducing the amount of plastic per micro applicator: 1) Our applicator tips (designed to use with an applicator handle) reduce the amount of plastic that you would normally use by 80% when compared to a standard micro applicator. Using an autoclavable handle also helps to reduce plastic used - clean it, autoclave it and re-use it. Simple and effective! 2) Our mini applicators are designed so that the handle is a smaller, more practical size that reduces the amount of plastic used by 50% in comparison to our standard micro applicators. 3) And finally, our newest innovation - our hollow handle applicator. Our hollow design provides a reliable application experience for the dentist while using 45% less plastic than a standard applicator, due to the hollow handled design. Every applicator in our Greenline range is made using waste materials left over from our other manufacturing processes, which we collect & re-process, to ensure that the least amount of new plastic is used per applicator. Each type of micro applicator in the Greenline range is packaged in recyclable cardboard packaging.

The Premium Plus range of disposable face masks are made from high-quality materials, with three layers of non-woven fabric to provide excellent filtration and breathability. The melt-blown polymer material used in the middle layer of the mask is a highly effective filter which prevents micro-droplets exiting the masks. The four-pleat design allows the wearer to comfortably expand the mask to fully cover the area from nose to chin for improved breathability. Our face masks are available with either ear loop or tie-on fastenings in 16 different colours and patterns! All of our face masks meet the EN14683:2019 and ASTM F2100 standards, ensuring their safety and effectiveness.
