97th BDIA Annual General Meeting

We have recently posted hard copies of the documents for our 97th Annual General Meeting, which will be taking place by videoconference at 1.15pm on 9th September 2020.
Given that a number of industry colleagues are currently working from home, we would like to take the opportunity to make these documents available to you in PDF format as well.
Electronic copies of the AGM Notice and Agenda, Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2019, the 2019 AGM Minutes and a form of proxy for Full Members can be downloaded below, as can a copy of the 2019 BDIA Annual Review.
As the meeting will be taking place by Zoom video conference, we will be circulating participation details to you shortly, and we would request all members who wish to participate to complete and return a proxy form, and to submit any questions for answering on the day to me by post or email by close of business on Wednesday 2nd September 2020.
Full BDIA member companies are entitled to vote on each of the items raised at the AGM. I would be grateful if you could complete the form of proxy and return it to me by Tuesday 8th September 2020.
